The 3-Click Campaign simplifies multi-channel marketing into a three-step workflow, delivering ready-to-send campaign kits to thousands of real estate agents each month. I designed the campaign creative, team workflow, and cross-market processes, leveling up an existing program into an efficient, higher-impact creative offering that helps non-marketers share polished campaigns with ease — so they can focus on what actually moves their business forward.

Creative Strategy

Design + Content Considerations

  • National audience, so content must scale across markets while still feeling relevant in each channel (social posts + stories, email, and postcard).

  • Must appeal to both internal and external audiences. For example, internal tool promotions don’t work, but home decorating with the Pantone Color of the Year performs well.

  • Tone must stay true to Compass’s national, luxury brand voice while offering a break from typical brand visuals and messaging.

Structure & Leadership

  • Took over the program in April 2024 and became the de facto lead, owning planning, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Built a learnings-based monthly workflow, including weekly working sessions and clear internal deadlines, that replaced last-minute scrambles with a predictable, productive cadence.

  • Expanded the team from two to three contributors, bringing in talent across regions and establishing clear monthly roles and responsibilities.

Operational Infrastructure

  • Replaced a multi-tab, manually updated project spreadsheet with a shared Google Doc + transparent editorial calendar accessible to senior leadership.

  • Moved subscriber management into Google Groups, reducing a multi-step, error-prone send process to a single clean distribution list.

  • Implemented a formal feedback form and transitioned asset creation into platform-native templates, dramatically improving editability, accessibility, and agent usability.
